About Us

At Corby, we bring good times from a good place. As a leader in the spirits and wine industry, we have a responsibility to support communities that are most important to us.

Since the start of the pandemic, we joined efforts to help Canadian service workers that have been greatly affected, as many are experiencing financial difficulty from loss of employment, decrease or complete loss in wages, and temporary lay-offs. We’re proud to have lent a helping hand to our friends and partners in the hospitality industry, including donations to BBF and CPBA, sponsoring free WSET courses for 1,500 bartenders, and supplying hand sanitizers for frontline workers.

To show our thanks and love to the hospitality industry this Holiday season, we've produced a coffee-table book of over 100 cocktail recipes and stories from bars and restaurants across the country.

100% of proceeds from the sale of each book go towards Bartenders Benevolent Fund & Canadian Professional Bartenders Association.

BBF | Bartenders Benevolent Fund

Created in 2013, the Bartenders Benevolent Fund is a nationally registered non-profit financial resource for hospitality professionals in Canada. We provide funding for those who have fallen under serious financial hardship and our mission is to work in earnest to ensure that those in need can make ends meet.

The Bartenders Benevolent Fund’s mandate is to offer support to the hospitality industry, by the hospitality industry: our funds are awarded anonymously by local hospitality professionals from each market.

CPBA | Canadian Professional Bartenders Association

The Canadian Professional Bartenders Association (CPBA) is an organization formed in Vancouver in 2009 by a small group of Bartenders with a simple mission: to foster community and promote the advancement of the profession of Bartending in Canada. One of our main functions is to serve as an educational platform for our members to learn more about service, spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails. We also partner up with bar industry brands and companies through associate memberships, providing opportunities for bartenders to connect with bartenders and work together to push the industry in new and exciting directions.
